Fill out our Request A Book Fair Form or you may call us at 1-800-954-0140 to speak with an account consultant.

Customize Your Fair
We will work with you to determine the fair dates that best suit your needs including drop-off, pick-up, and family night or author events.

Promote Your Fair
Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your book fair you will receive our promotional Resource Package for your school.

Host Your Fair
On delivery day, our Bedford Falls Book Fair driver will assist with set-up of your fair and answer any questions you may have.

Bedford Falls has been such a wonderful company to work with. From the delivery truck driver who patiently showed our preschoolers how the liftgate worked to the daily re-order deliveries, Bedford Falls has made the entire book fair process easy to understand and manage. I have gotten nothing but great feedback from our teachers, students, and parents since we switched to Bedford Falls several years ago. They love the selection and customer service and I love the convenient delivery system! Ready-packed racks roll right into our building ready to sell.
